Meet Nez

Hey, it's Nez. I'm so glad you're here!

During a particularly busy time in my life, I stumbled across handmade rings after I'd lost my wedding ring. I started making my own wire wrapped rings which soon led to spinner and fidget rings. Somewhere along the way, that little creative outlet grew into Zen Theory.

Today, it’s about offering meaningful, easy-to-wear jewellery that can bring a little calm, connection and joy to everyday life. But some of my favourite moments have had nothing to do with simply selling jewellery.

Through Zen Theory, I’ve had the chance to support causes close to my heart, including my work with the Celebrate T21 Down syndrome community and the Chico Earrings fundraiser supporting rescue dogs with Hear No Evil - Australian Deaf Dog Rescue. 

I’ve also met some pretty incredible customers along the way and hearing the stories behind why they choose certain pieces is still one of the best parts of what I do.

I’m a teacher, a mum, a dog mum and a business owner, so life around here isn’t always zen. But I think that’s kind of the point.

The 'theory behind zen' is about finding those little moments of calm and meaning amongst everything else. I hope we can find some zen together.
