1. What materials do you use in your jewellery?

Due to the wide selection of jewellery and the nature of some designs, we use a variety of materials in our jewellery including: 

✓ Sterling Silver

✓ Stainless Steel including waterproof

✓ Premium nickel free copper (for adjustability)

✓ Electroplating 

✓ Gold plating 

✓ Silver plating

✓ Cubic Zirconia

✓ Natural Crystal 

✓ Protective Charms 

We design with intention and transparency in all our pieces. If you’re unsure about the material used please contact us. 

2. Will my jewellery tarnish or change colour over time?

Our jewellery is made to be durable, but all metals naturally age over time. Sterling silver may darken, and gold plated pieces may subtly fade with frequent wear. To keep your jewellery shining, we recommend following our care tips.

3. How do I care for my Zen Theory jewellery?

Avoid exposing your jewellery to water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals. Store your pieces in a dry, soft pouch or box and gently polish them with a microfibre cloth to keep them in good condition. 

4. How do I find my ring size?

You can refer to our Ring Sizing Guide or use a ring sizer at home. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend sizing up slightly for comfort. Still unsure? Reach out - we’re here to help.

5. What if I order the wrong ring size?

Don’t stress - it happens! If you’ve ordered the wrong size, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We offer one complimentary resize or exchange (just cover the postage).

6. How do I measure my wrist for a bracelet?

Wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist where you’d normally wear your bracelet. Add about 1 cm for a snug fit or 2 cm for a looser feel. You can also check out our Bracelet Sizing Guide for more tips.

7. What’s your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges for faulty items or incorrect sizing (see above), but due to hygiene purposes, we don’t offer returns for change of mind. Please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing.

8. How long does shipping take?

We try to ship orders as soon as possible however, please allow 3–7 business days for handmade before dispatch. It may take longer if the order was purchased over the weekend (including Friday and public holidays). We ship Australia-wide with tracked postage. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at the moment. However we will be looking into it in the near future. Stay tuned!  

10. Are all your pieces handmade?

Our collection includes both handmade and thoughtfully curated jewellery. Each product listing clearly indicates whether the piece is handmade, so you can shop with confidence and clarity.
